Project Controls Intern at Gasmeth Energy (Deadline: 12/06/2026)
JOB TITLE: Project Controls Intern
PERIOD: 6 months
JOB PROFILE:
The incumbent will contribute directly to ensuring accurate organization, tracking, and processing of project documents while helping enhance document control procedures. They will also gain experience in project planning, reporting, and coordination within a large-scale EPC project.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure proper document control practices, including numbering, version control, and filing,
-Maintain and update the Master Deliverables Register (MDR) and track document status (submissions, revisions, approvals),
-Monitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding submissions and approvals
-Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and delays in document tracking
-Support improvements to document control processes, including standardization of templates and tracking tools,
-Assist in coordinating document flow between project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, contractors),
-Support preparation of transmittals, document logs, and basic reports
-Provide general support to the Project Controls team, including data tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree or final year student in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, IT, or relevant field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and SharePoint.
-Strong organization and document management skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Basic understanding of project or document control processes (advantage)
