Bank of Kigali Plc (BK Plc) would like to invite locally registered qualified bidders to submit proposals for the renovation services of its Muhanga Branch, second floor.
The detailed Terms of Reference (TORS) will be shared via email with interested bidders starting from 8 th May 2026. Interested bidders are required to express their interest by sending an email to: procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of BK Plc must be submitted not later than the 23 rd May 2026 at 3:30 pm with subject line “BK Muhanga Branch renovation services” and bids will be submitted online via ERP Portal.
Interested bidders will be required to submit a detailed company profile, company registration certificate from RDB, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Taxes Clearance certificate, company’s good standing certificate from RDB, at least 3 similar service completion certificates and a financial proposal.
