1. QA Venue Solutions Rwanda Ltd invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the tender for Construction of the Visitor Center, Maintenance House and Administration Block at Nyandungu Eco-park. The tender is divided into Three divisible lots: Lot 1 for Construction of a Visitor Center, Lot 2 for Construction of a Maintenance House and Lot 3 for Construction of an Administration block and restrooms.
2. Tender Documents in English may be obtained through e-mail on any working day from 8 th May 2026
upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Rwf) deposited on Account N° 100200733872 for QA Park and Wetlands Solutions. The proof of payment is submitted through e-mail addresses; procurement@qavenuesolutions.com.
3. All bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security of Eight Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand
Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Rwandan Francs (8,894,799 Rwf) for Lot 1, Six Million Five Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One Rwandan francs (6,534,661Rwf) for lot 2, and Seven Million Six Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Rwandan Francs (7,695,328Rwf) for lot 3.
4. A mandatory site visit will take place at Nyandungu Eco-park on 18 th May 2026 at 11.00am Local
time

6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the QA Venue Solutions procurement office at Amahoro stadium, Cell; Rukiri II, Sector; Remera, Gasabo District, PO Box 6739, Kigali, Rwanda. not later than 29 th May 2026 at 11.00am Local time. Bids will not be submitted Electronically. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 11.30
am Local Time on the same day, in Meeting room at Amahoro Stadium.
8. The bids will be submitted in two separate envelopes, one containing the technical proposal and another containing the financial proposal, both envelopes clearly indicating the tender name and title.
9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the QA Venue Solutions Rwanda Ltd Procurement
Procedures manual.
10. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the bid’s submission date.
