At EarthEnable, we’re reimagining how homes are built across rural Rwanda. Our mission is bold yet simple: replace dirt floors – breeding grounds for disease-with affordable, eco-friendly flooring that’s 90% greener than concrete. For over a decade, we’ve been reducing the environmental footprint of the building industry while improving health outcomes for thousands of families. And we’re just getting started!
We’re looking for 8 Construction Leads across Rwanda to join our team in the field and bring this vision to life. This is not just a construction job—it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll:
✅ Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
✅ Lead, mentor, and supervise builder supervisors and masons in your district
✅ Uphold quality assurance standards through regular site visits and inspections
✅ Collaborate with communities, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
✅ Use project management tools (Salesforce, Asana, Google Apps) to track, document, and report progress
