Extension of bid submission date : Supply and Installation of Kamembe Crash Alarm at Rwanda Airports Company ( Deadline: 08/07/2025)

RE: EXTENSION OF BIDS SUBMISSION DATE FOR THE FOLLOWING TENDERS.

Rwanda Airports Company wishes to inform all prospective bidders that, due to unforeseen public holidays, the bid submission deadline scheduled on 01^st July 2025 for:

• Tender N^o042/S/2024-2025/NCB/RAC for supply and installation of Kamembe crash alarm.
• Tender Number 043/S/2024-2025/NCB/RAC for maintenance of KOHLER SDMO generator and supply of spare part/special power equipment

The bid submission date has been postponed to 08^thJuly 2025 at 10:00 AM.

Please note that all other terms and conditions outlined in the tender document remain unchanged
