Job Vacancy: Site Engineer (Building Project) – Fair construction, Rwanda
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for an ongoing building construction project in Rwanda.
Position: Site Engineer
Location: Fair Construction, Rwanda
Project Type: Building Construction
Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Ensure quality control and safety compliance on-site
Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges promptly
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in building construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred
Fluency in English
