Job Vacancy: Operational Manager – Fair construction, Rwanda
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and coordinate construction site operations for our ongoing infrastructure and building and Road projects in Rwanda.

Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities across multiple teams
Manage workforce, materials, and equipment effectively
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor progress and generate reports for management
Manage budgets, resources, and resolve operational issues promptly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction site operations, including managerial roles.
Proven track record of managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of local construction standards and practices in Rwanda
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
