Internal Surveyor at BPR Bank Rwanda (Deadline: 09/05/2026)
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs, the Brand Experiences Manager focuses on creating memorable and engaging brand moments through events, sponsorships, and activations. This role ensures that all brand experiences are strategically designed to resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
To appraise prospective fundable construction infrastructure projects and monitors the performance of those projects financed by the bank.To carry out regular valuation and or counter –valuation of the bank’s assets and those offered to the bank as securities;To carry out technical visits of projects under construction, provide technical support at both the study stage and the implementation stage of maintenance or rehabilitation of the bank’s buildings;To provide technical support in any construction engineering upon the request of the bank

Educational qualifications and work experience:
Bachelor’s level degree in Civil Engineering,Quantity Surveying,Estate Management&Valuation).Master’s Degree is a related field an added advantage.2 years Minimum experience in Having worked in a civil engineering company, property valuation or any close related field.
