ADDENDUM NO 2 TO SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE
Title of tender: Supply, and Installation of low voltage and medium voltage lines and service connections in Gasabo district with reference RFP No: RW-REG/EDCL-488235-CW-RFP.
Reference is made to the addendum No. 1 Specific Procurement Notice, Published January 30 / 2026, with deadline of Submission schedule on 26th February 2026 at 10:30 AM Kigali time.
We hereby inform all interested Proposers the proposal submission deadline is extended as follows:
