Plumbing Technician at Rwamagana District ( Deadline: 12/02/2026)
Job responsibilities
- Installation: Installing pipes, fittings, fixtures (sinks, toilets, bathtubs), and appliances (dishwashers, water heaters).
- Repair & Maintenance: Diagnosing leaks, repairing broken pipes, unclogging drains, and performing routine maintenance to prevent system failures.
- Troubleshooting: Using tools and technology (e.g., cameras, pressure testers) to locate and identify the root cause of plumbing issues.
- Code Compliance: Ensuring all work meets safety standards and local building codes.
- System Layout: Interpreting blueprints and building plans to plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma in Plumbing- 0 Year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Plumbing- 0 Year of relevant experience

- Demonstrated expertise across operations, engineering and architecture
- Knowledge of infrastructure deployment, testing and deployment processes
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Knowledge of all is an advantage
- knowledge of hospital infrastructure planning and design is an added value
- Understanding of hospital design and patient flow
- Knowledge of CAD, computer assisted drawing is an added value
