N.B:
- The service provider should provide at least 3 references (certificates) for similar work well completed
- The stand should be ready for display latest by 26th July 2025
- The supplier must specify whether the constructed stand will become the PSF property after expo or if it is being provided on a rental basis
- The bidder must present proof of current and valid PSF membership
- The bidder must submit administrative documents, including valid certificates from RRA, RDB, RSSB, etc…. all issued within the last three months.
Submission Guidelines
All proposals and required documents must be submitted as a single PDF file, with the file name reflecting the company’s name.
