TENDER NOTICE
TITLE OF TENDER: REHABILITATION OF KP INFRASTRUCTURES AT MAIN CAMPUS
TENDER METHOD: Open Competitive Tender
Kibogora Polytechnic invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the following tender for the Rehabilitation of KP infrastructures as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
The tender document may be obtained from Kibogora Polytechnic Procurement office. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of ten Thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs to account number: ‘‘4933260274101-85’’ the accounts of Kibogora Polytechnic opened in BPR.
A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on Thursday, 24July, 2025 from 09:00 a.m. local time to 12:00 p.m. local time and will be conducted by Kibogora Polytechnic, the venue for departure is KP Headquarter Locate in Western Province, Nyamasheke District, Kanjongo Sector, Kibogora Cell (Main Campus), Bidders will cater for their own transport and other expenses related to site visit.
All bids will be submitted at Kibogora Polytechnic main campus conference hall on Monday 28/07/2025 time: 15h00’. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after submission.
All interested bidders may obtain the bid document complementary information if needed by writing using KP email info@kp.ac.rw copy to procurement@kp.ac.rw not later than seven (7) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids all call 0785502775.
