Kibogora Polytechnic invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the following tender for Purchasing Furniture and Fittings equipments as detailed in the statement of Requirements.
The tender document may be obtained from Kibogora Polytechnic Procurement office. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of ten Thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs to account number: ‘‘493326027410185’’ the accounts of Kibogora Polytechnic opened in BPR.
All bids will be submitted at Kibogora Polytechnic main conference hall on Monday July 28, 2025 time: 15h00pm. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after submission.
All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using KP email info@kp.ac.rw copy to procurement@kp.ac.rw not later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
