Technical Manager at Mota Engil
Support the project manager in planning and monitoring the works, overseeing the technical department (draftsman, quantity surveying, tpographic surveying and assisting the procurement) based on the contract and defined requirements and superior guidelines, in order to ensure that the work is carried out with quality within the deadlines set and to improve their skills with regard to methods and processes of construction and management work to be applied.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Bachelor´s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferable);
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or Technical Manager on construction sites;
- Proven track record of delivering high-rise, mixed-use buildings with high-end finishings;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, AutoCAD and MS Project;
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Interpersonal relationship;
- Strong HSE culture and focus;
- Autonomy and proactivity;
- Planning and results orientation;
- Teamwork;
- Availability for mobility.
