TENDER NOTICE
RE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROVISION OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC MATERIALS TO BPR BANK.
BPR Bank Rwanda PLC intends to outsource the services for Provision of Facilities Management and supply of of electrical and electronics materials from a highly qualified bidders according to the specifications and requirements provided in this bid document. The companies will be required to provide to the Bank with supply, maintenance and repair on a need basis for office use.
This document serves as a formal Request for Proposal for qualified companies to bid for this service. Selected bidders should abide by the tender package requirements.
The bids are dispatched into two separate lots as per below:
Well printed bids, one original and two copies to be sent in sealed envelopes to BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Procurement Office not later than Friday 20th June 2025 at 3:00pm in 9th Floor. The technical proposal and financial proposal must be separated into two separate envelopes. Late bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The site visit on the specified branches in tender document is mandatory.
The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30pm local time in BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Head Office, Floor 9.
Bidding documents can be obtained from BPR Rwanda Plc Headquarters during working hours starting from Thursday, 05 th June 2025, 9:00AM to 5:00PM after presentation of non-refundable fee of Rwf 10,000 per lot on BPR Rwanda Plc A/C No. 400378672710199.
