Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites sealed bids from eligible local bidders for the supply and installation of firefighting hydrant systems at Muhanga and Masoro free Economic Zone Buildings.
Detailed technical specifications and requirements for this tender will be shared with interested bidders via email starting from 30th March 2026. Interested bidders are requested to express their interest by sending an email to procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 24th April 2026 at 3pm Kigali time with subject line “the supply and installation of firefighting hydrant systems at Muhanga and Masoro free Economic Zone Buildings.” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email. Bidders are required to submit the following documents:
Clearly state the price proposal in Rwandan Francs (RWF), provide the delivery period, warranty period and payment terms. Provide also the company profile, valid registration certificate, valid tax clearance certificate, valid a social security contribution certificate, proof of relevant experience in similar works/services and any other relevant supporting documentation
