Job Description
We are a steel fabrication firm based in Nairobi – Kenya and are planning to open a new branch in Rwanda.
Our company deals in the design, fabrication and erection of structural steelwork and has a fully automated workshop with CNC controlled machinery for shot blasting, cutting and drilling of beams and plates, which allows fast and efficient fabrication of structural steelwork.
Requirements
- Experience in the design of structural steelwork
- Experience in working in a steel fabrication office
- Understands fabrication drawings
- Experience in the design of steel with BS 5950
- BSc. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 4-5 years’ experience and knowledge in steel fabrication and RC design
- Has experience in execution of structural steel related projects and supervise concrete work
- Excellent use of English language for written and verbal communications.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
