Site Manager – MEP at HAYS
The company where you will work:
A reference company in the area of construction and engineering, with highly complex international projects, it seeks to strengthen its team with a Site Manager (m/f/d) specialized in MEP with availability to travel to Rwanda.
Your new role:
It will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the work, defining the plan of activities and the allocation of the necessary human resources, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements. It will monitor the execution of the work, analyze the results monthly and ensure compliance with economic objectives and deadlines, optimizing the profitability of the work. You will be responsible for leading teams of approximately 100 to 150 professionals of different categories (SHE, QA, supervisors, engineers, technicians, etc.), all associated with MEP work.
What you need to be successful:
Higher education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
Minimum experience of 7 years in management and MEP coordination of projects/works, preferably in airports;
Proven experience in leading large multidisciplinary teams;
Mastery of MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD tools;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
Strong negotiation, planning and organizational skills;
Rigor, reliability and skills for analysis and problem solving;
Availability for international travel.
