Job responsibilities
– Produce consolidated needs assessment and progress reports related to school infrastructure construction and management across the District;
– Supervise the construction processes of school infrastructures and ensure constructions are done in accordance with all applicable design, guidelines, policies, laws and regulations;
– Supervise, in close collaboration with the District Property Management Officer, the maintenance works of schools across the District.
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering-0 Year of relevant experience
- 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction- 0 Year of relevant experience
- 3. Bachelor’s Degree in Public Works-0 Year of relevant experience

- 1. Time management skills
- 2. Judgment & Decision making skills
- 3. Communication skills
- 4. Organizational Skills
- 5. School Construction Skills
- 6. Team working Skills
- 7. Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
