R&D Lead – AI Interior Innovation + Graphic Design
Role Overview
Responsible for driving innovation in design through AI tools, developing new product concepts, and empowering the team to integrate AI creatively into all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- – Lead research on design and product trends
- – Use MidJourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, and AI renderers to create visuals
- – Coach internal teams on using AI tools for marketing and design
- – Coordinate with sales and design to prototype new collections
- – Deliver mood boards, digital visuals, and AI-supported concepts
Key Requirements
- – Passion for design innovation and AI
- – Advanced skills in AI image generation, Canva, and Adobe tools
- – Creative, self-driven, and collaborative spirit
- – Background in design, architecture, or related fields
- – Demonstrated experience with AI platforms and team training
