Position 1: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets for projects
✔ Handle tender documentation, BOQs, and cost control
✔ Track project costs and handle variations and claims
✔ Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
✔ Provide regular financial updates and reporting
Requirements:
✔ BA Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
✔ 5 years and above of relevant experience
✔ Strong Excel and QS software skills (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD)
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Age between 25 and 35 years
✔ Open to both male and female applicants
