Project Management Officer at Namiria Group (Deadline: 29/12/2025)

We are now looking for a Project Manager to serve as the project facilitator to our growing team,

supporting mission-critical initiatives that shape the infrastructure & trade systems of tomorrow’s Africa.

Your Mission

As Project Management Officer, you’ll work directly with the team to:

  • Shape strategic projects (infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing & trade systems)
  • Coordinate technical projects & knowledge, client relationships, and subsidiaries.
  • Translate the Founders’ vision into actionable workstreams
  • Track deliverables for partnerships, grants, tenders, and client deployments
  • Build presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support on-the-ground project implementation in collaboration with public and private entities

Your Profile

We don’t expect you to know everything, but you must be eager, curious, structured, and bold.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or relevant experience in engineering, IT, Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, technical assistance, or operations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda (Swahili, Luganda, and French are a plus)
  • Solid organisational, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Strong Organisational / Communication / Reporting skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with public procurement, international development projects, or start-up ecosystems
