We are now looking for a Project Manager to serve as the project facilitator to our growing team,
supporting mission-critical initiatives that shape the infrastructure & trade systems of tomorrow’s Africa.
Your Mission
As Project Management Officer, you’ll work directly with the team to:
- Shape strategic projects (infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing & trade systems)
- Coordinate technical projects & knowledge, client relationships, and subsidiaries.
- Translate the Founders’ vision into actionable workstreams
- Track deliverables for partnerships, grants, tenders, and client deployments
- Build presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Support on-the-ground project implementation in collaboration with public and private entities
Your Profile
We don’t expect you to know everything, but you must be eager, curious, structured, and bold.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or relevant experience in engineering, IT, Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, technical assistance, or operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda (Swahili, Luganda, and French are a plus)
- Solid organisational, documentation, and reporting skills
- Strong Organisational / Communication / Reporting skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with public procurement, international development projects, or start-up ecosystems
