Production Director at Water Access Rwanda

Water Access Rwanda is recruiting a Production Director who can take full command of our production engine: no excuses, no delays, no half-measures. This is a role for a builder, a planner, and a field-driven executor who thrives under pressure and delivers results across multiple sites without losing grip on quality, safety, or timelines.

The Production Director will be accountable for the end-to-end production lifecycle of our mini-grids and water infrastructure systems. You will coordinate teams, materials, schedules, and field execution with precision. You will enforce standards, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure every site moves with discipline and urgency. If you cannot lead from the front, make tough calls, and maintain operational excellence across Rwanda, this role is not for you.

We are looking for someone who brings structure, foresight, and relentless follow-through: someone who understands that production is the backbone of our mission and treats it with the seriousness it deserves.
