Job Requirements and Competencies Profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in coordinating maintenance teams;
- Technical knowledge in HVAC, Hydraulics, and Electricity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in English;
- Leadership skills;
- Initiative and proactiveness;
- Accuracy and reliability;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Availability for mobility.
