Zicheng United International Engineering Rwanda Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd., established to undertake construction and EPC project execution in Rwanda and surrounding regions.
The Company operates as an EPC implementation contractor, responsible for construction organization, site management, technical execution, schedule control, quality and safety management, document control, compliance management, contract administration, and project delivery.

Recruitment targets: Engineers certified by the Rwanda Association of Engineers and outstanding recent graduates holding bachelor’s degrees (preference given to those with overseas study experience).
- Candidates must possess good English communication skills.
- Candidates are required to be willing to learn Chinese (Mandarin). The Company will provide Chinese language training and encourages employees to acquire basic working Chinese within 6–12 months.
