Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Kigali, with some work from home options available. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical systems, developing detailed CAD drawings, performing environmental analysis, and ensuring green building compliance. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions from concept through construction.
Qualifications
Experience in MEP design services is a plus
Expertise in Design Engineering and Machine Design
Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
