Mechanical Construction Manager (Plumbing and HVAC) at Mota Engil
Ensure the preparation of the work by defining the plan of activities and allocation of necessary human resources, in line with the technical requirements of the project, as well as monitoring the execution of the work and analyzing the results of the work on a monthly basis, in accordance with the established contract, in order to ensure compliance with the economic objectives and defined deadlines such as optimizing the profitability of the work.
Job requirements and competency profile:
- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum professional experience of 7 years in management and coordination of project/construction mechanics;
- Solid knowledge in HVAC and plumbing;
- Mastery of MS Office, MSProject and AutoCad tools;
- Mastery of the English language (mandatory);
- Negotiation Skills;
- Accuracy and Reliability;
- Analysis and Problem Solving;
- Planning and Organization;
- Availability for mobility.
