Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director located in Kigali City, Rwanda. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the company. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing project execution, managing resources, and ensuring the company meets its financial goals. The Managing Director will also be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
PMP certification and proficiency in project management tools are advantageous
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
Excellent understanding of Geotechnical Engineering and architectural services
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in project management and resource allocation
Ability to foster client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field is required
