Job Opportunity: LPG Engineer/technician– Filling Station Supervisor & Stock Manager

About Us
We are a fast-growing energy company based in Rwanda, specializing in the distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for domestic and industrial use. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced LPG Technician to manage our filling station and oversee LPG stock management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the LPG cylinder filling station
Enforce strict safety standards and compliance with local LPG regulations
Monitor and manage LPG stock levels, including inventory tracking and replenishment planning
Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery and return of cylinders
Maintain and supervise equipment (pumps, compressors, scales, valves, etc.)
Prepare operational and technical reports and documentation
Supervise and train technicians and plant operators
📌 Candidate Profile
Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, energy, or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in LPG operations or a similar industrial setting
Strong knowledge of LPG filling systems, plant safety procedures, and equipment handling
Proven experience in stock and inventory management
Leadership skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
English proficiency is required (French is a plus)
Experience working in multicultural environments is a strong asset
