Foreman – Electricity at Mota-Engil Rwanda
Coordinate work teams on construction sites. Train, coordinate, and evaluate electrical teams. Perform tasks related to the execution of electrical installations. Ensure the proper execution of electrical installations for assigned projects, complying with relevant implementation and electrical safety standards.
Job Requirements and Competency Profile:
- Mandatory secondary education and technical training in electricity;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the execution of low-voltage and weak current electrical installations;
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, technical instructions, and service manuals;
- Experience in using electronic testing and measurement equipment;
- Ability to train and educate team members;
- Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment;
- Availability for mobility.
