Foreman – Building and Civil Construction at Mota-Engil Rwanda
Job description
Ensure, in coordination with the sector manager, the organization, control, and monitoring of all tasks to be performed, managing the allocated human and material resources to guarantee the execution of the project as planned. Coordinate the tasks of workers performing various functions on the site. Ensure the implementation of production programs in accordance with received instructions, supervise, and allocate tasks across different phases of the production process. Communicate and/or resolve detected anomalies, ensuring their correction when necessary, adjusting methods and processes as needed, and being responsible for meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile:
- 9th year of schooling or professional technical course;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in construction and building works;
- Strong knowledge in building construction and civil engineering;
- Strong knowledge in analysis of drawings/projects;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Analysis and Problem solving;
- Customer and results orientation;
- Teamwork;
- Availability for mobility.
