A0 in Civil Engineering, Property Management, Infrastructure Management, Building and Construction Technology
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
-Extensive Knowledge in Infrastructure Property Management
-Organizational Skills;
-Communication Skills;
-Judgment & Decision Making Skills;
-Time management Skills; -Team working Skills;
-Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering-0 Year of relevant experience
- 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Building and Construction Technology- 0 Year of relevant experience
- 3. Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management-3 Years of relevant experience
- 4. Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management-0 Year of relevant experience
- 5. Bachelor’s Degree in Infrastructure Management-0 Year of relevant experience
Required competencies and key technical skills
- 1. Confidentiality, ethical and teamwork skills;
- 2. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
