Bank of Kigali Plc (BK Plc) would like to invite locally registered qualified bidders to submit proposals for the design and build services of its modern banking hall located at the BK HQ, Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor (M1).
The detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) will be shared via email with interested bidders starting from 14th February 2026. Interested bidders are required to express their interest by sending an email to: procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of BK Plc must be submitted not later than the 06th/March/2026 at 3:30pm with subject line “Design and build services for the BK HQ M1 and Ground Floors” and bids will be sent online via BK ERP portal. A mandatory site visit will be organized from the 14th to the 27th Feb,2026 at the BK HQ during working hours.
Interested bidders will be required to submit a detailed company profile, company registration certificate from RDB, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Taxes Clearance certificate, at least 3 similar service completion certificates, a financial proposal, a proposed layout plan, 3D Design, BOQ and any other requirement specified in the TORS. The company with the best design will qualify to the final stage of price negotiation for the above mentioned sites. Bidders are therefore encouraged to propose innovative, functional, and modern design concepts.
