Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study & Detailed Engineering Design of a Modern Truck Parking Yard – Muyumbu, Rwamagana District, Rwanda
CCTTFA, on behalf of the Rwanda Private Sector Federation (PSF) and Nine United Traders Ltd, invites Rwandan Registered qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for a feasibility study and detailed design of a modern truck parking yard.
Scope of Services:
i. Technical, economic, and financial feasibility assessment;
ii. Preparation of business model and investment strategy;
iii. Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), with strong emphasis on sustainability and climate resilience;
iv. Conceptual and detailed engineering designs, including integration with existing transport infrastructure;
v. Cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and implementation roadmap;
vi. Stakeholder engagement to capture views of relevant institutions, operators, and communities..
Interested firms must demonstrate:
i. A minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in feasibility studies, logistics parks, truck terminals, or isimilar transport infrastructure design;
ii. Demonstrated expertise in ESIA and sustainable infrastructure design;
iii. Regional experience within Central Corridor will be an added advantage.
