Construction of The New Times In-House Podcast Studio

1. Background
The New Times Publications Ltd is seeking qualified and experienced companies to supply materials and carry out the construction of an in-house podcast studio at our premises. The studio will serve as a high-quality audio production space for news, interviews, and creative content.
2. Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be required to:
- Supply and deliver all construction materials as per the approved design.
- Carry out all construction works including structural, acoustic, and aesthetic installations.
- Install soundproofing and acoustic treatment.
- Ensure proper electrical and lighting installations for studio use.
- Complete finishing works as per the agreed specifications.
3. Site Visit
Interested bidders are required to conduct a mandatory site visit to understand the scope of work and site conditions..
4. Requirements for Submission
Quotations must include:
- Company profile with proof of relevant experience.
- Valid trading license and tax clearance certificate.
- Detailed cost breakdown (materials, labor, taxes, and other charges).
- Proposed work plan and completion timeline.
- At least two references from similar projects.
5. Timeline
- Site Visit: To be conducted on 17th September 2025
- Submission Deadline: 1st October 2025
- The New Times office at 3PM
- Opening of sealed tender documents on 1st October 2025
6. Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation will be based on:
- Compliance with submission requirements.
- Experience and track record.
- Cost competitiveness.
- Proposed methodology and timeline.
