TENDER TITLE: Supply and Installation of Security equipment
INVITATION TO TENDER No 72 FRWA ADMIN BK SP 01 09 2025
Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local qualified bidders to tender for the supply and installation of the items grouped in the following Lots:
Lot 1: Walkthrough Metal detector machines and accessories
Lot 2: CCTV Cameras and accessories for Strong Room
Lot 3: Biometrics access control Machines and accessories
The Technical specifications for the above-mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from 05th September, 2025. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted online not later than 25th September, 2025 at 3:30pm local time on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders. Bidders are free to quote for one or two Lots.
Clearly state the price proposals and payment terms in Rwandan Francs, provide the technical specifications for the items quoted, delivery and warranty period, detailed company profile, CVs of the team dedicated to the assignment, company registration certificate, valid tax clearance certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate and performance certificates for a successful implementation of similar services any other required information mentioned in the Technical specifications.
