REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TRANSPORT SERVICES AND SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF 150KVA GENERATOR.

Introduction

Equity Bank Rwanda Plc hereby invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit bids for the following tenders, which is divided into two (2) separate lots:

1. The Tender Document, in English, may be obtained from our Head Offices located at Grande Pension Plaza Ground Floor during working hours from July 21^st , 2025, or by expressing interest via email eTendering@equitybank.co.rw;
2. Enquiries can be sent to Equity Bank Rwanda, P.O. Box 494 Kigali, Rwanda or through email on: lucky.twahirwa@equitybank.co.rw. Tel: +250788313216
3. 4. Well, prepared Bids in English shall be sent via email to eTendering@equitybank.co.rw and lucky.twahirwa@equitybank.co.rw.
4. All responses must be received by the Purchaser at the address specified above by July 28^th, 2025, not later than 5:00 PM
5. Late bids will be strictly rejected.
