CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR FIVE SEPARATE TENDERS

Ecobank Rwanda Plc, a commercial bank registered in the Republic of Rwanda and regulated by the National Bank of Rwanda, with its head office located at the Ecobank Building in Kigali, along KN 3 Avenue, invites qualified and experienced bidders to submit proposals for the following services:

1. Tender for the Design & Supervision of New Nzovu Premium Branch – Ecobank Rwanda.
2. Tender for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of the Power System for the Primary Data Center – Ecobank Rwanda.
3. Tender for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a New 110KVA Standby Generator for the Primary Data Center – Ecobank Rwanda.
4. Re-Advertisement: Tender for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a 550KVA Standby Generator – Ecobank Rwanda.
5. Tender for the Supply and Installation of the Plumbing Network for the Ecobank Rwanda Building.

Interested and qualified companies are invited to request the tender documents via email with their company profile at allerw-ebs@ecobank.com from 11^th to 20^th June 2025.

Submission Deadline:
Proposals must be submitted in properly bound and sealed packages to the Ecobank Courier Service Office on or before 20th June 2025 during official working hours. Late submissions will not be considered and will be automatically rejected.
