Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management:

Regulatory Compliance:

Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions on QHSE-related topics to employees at all levels.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain and update QHSE-related documentation, policies, and records.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding QHSE performance and issues.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings, incident reports, and stakeholder feedback.
- Implement corrective actions and monitor the effectiveness of those actions over time.
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Certifications in QHSE management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
- Extensive experience in QHSE roles, typically 3-5 years.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Ability to conduct audits and inspections.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
- Advanced certifications
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with QHSE management software or platforms.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- May involve occasional travel to different sites or facilities.
- Work could involve field visits, especially for safety inspections or environmental audits.

- This role holder shall be a key support to all units (in all areas relating to quality, health, safety, and environment), to enable the Organization as a team to consistently achieve its statutory and contractual obligations in managing all QHSE aspects across diverse risk landscapes.
- This role holder will also drive the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001, ensuring that the Organizations’ IMS is fully compliant with applicable standards.
