Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kigali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our construction chemical products, developing strong customer relationships, identifying and converting sales opportunities, and supporting retail and construction site partners. This role involves direct communication with clients, product demonstrations, customer training, and coordination of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French and Kinyarwanda are a plus)
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Ability to educate customers about technical products and provide training when needed
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Prior knowledge or experience in the construction materials or hardware industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
