  1. Introduction: Welcome to Constructionhub.rw. You as the registered user or licensed user (“you”, “your”) must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before you can use the service provided through constructionhub.rw. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
  2.  Services: Constructionhub.rw provides a digital space for businesses in construction, architecture, and interior design to showcase their products and services.
  3. Subscription: Usernames and passwords are personal and must be kept confidential. Unauthorized use may lead to account termination.
  4. Availability: The platform aims to be available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  5. Use of Material: “material” means any material published on the Web Site including, without limitation, all text, images, graphics. Users cannot systematically download, print, or reproduce material from the website without permission.
  6. User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their account. Unlawful activities are prohibited.
  7. Payment and Renewal: Payments for listings and advertisements must be made in advance. Listings revert to the standard tier if not renewed.
  8. Content and Intellectual Property: Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Constructionhub.rw a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content on our platform and Users must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  9. Access to Other Websites: The platform is not responsible for the content of external websites accessed via links.
  10. Third-Party Material: Advertisers are responsible for their content, and the platform is not liable for any inaccuracies. If you would like to advertise on the Web Site, please send an email to info@constructionhub.rw.
  11. Data Protection: Users’ personal information is used to provide services and must be accurate. The platform may charge a fee for updating or deleting personal information.
  12. Monitoring: Constructionhub.rw reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate content.
  13. Variations: Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website at least 7 days in advance and it will be communicated via emails
  14. Force Majeure: Constructionhub.rw does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
  15. Governing Law: The terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
  16. Replacement: These terms replace all previous terms and conditions as of February 1, 2025.
