Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage site operations for our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Monitor project progress and report on timelines, risks, and performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Review and verify materials, workmanship, and quality control processes
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Prepare site reports, work schedules, and progress updates
- Support project planning and resource allocation

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Mandatory experience in large-scale construction projects involving 10+ buildings or multi-block developments
- Experience working for a main contractor on construction projects
- Strong experience in managing structural, civil, and MEP site works
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools
- Applicants must attach references and project completion certificates for similar projects handled
