EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONSTRUCTION WORKS
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development
programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to
reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and
Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated
below tender Lots.
lot 1: Construction of one (1) block of Latrine at Gisiza PS in Gatsibo District (12 STANCES School
latrine), Construction of Menstrual Hygiene Rooms of 4×4 Meters with Shower Porch For Girls at Gisiza Ps and construction of 3 classrooms, at Gisiza PS ,Gatsibo District
lot 2: CONSTRUCTION OF KITCHEN AT HUMURE HEALTH CENTER PROJECT/HUMURE AP/
AKAGERA CLUSTER/ GATSIBO DISTIRCT
lot 3: Construction of one VIP BLOCK of school latrine at EP Murwa and one MHR at EP
Kabonanyoni in Rukozo sector Kinihira AP Rulindo District.
Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in
the field.
Instruction to bidders:
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-
procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted. - Interest bidders must express interest through the provided link ;not later than, 27/04/2026 at 9:00aM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender
documents on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa). - Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline
