Senior Construction Manager (m/f) at Mota Engil
Ensure Construction Management, planning, coordinating, optimizing and controlling the human and material resources assigned to it, in coordination with the project owner/client, in order to guarantee its execution in compliance with the Safety, Environment and Quality requirements, within the established deadline and in compliance with and mazimization of the economic objectives set.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Higher Education degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Construction Management/Site Management, with execution of building works, civil construction or reinforced concrete infrastructure projects;
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Project, AutoCAD and SAP;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Leadership and Communication;
- Planning and Results Orientation;
- Analysis and Problem Solving;
- Teamwork;
- Availability for mobility.
