Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local bidders for the purchase & supply of office furniture grouped in the following lots under one year framework contract renewable.
Lot 1: Office single chairs
Lot 2: Customer waiting chairs (4 seater)
Lot 3: Single visitor chair
Lot 4: Teller Chairs
Lot 5: Coat Hanger
Specifications for the above-mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidder from the 29th December 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than 13th January 2026 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan francs and payment terms. Submit a delivery period, Warranty period, detailed company profile, RDB registration certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Tax clearance certificate, performance certificates for the provision of similar services done elsewhere and any information required.
