General Foreman (m/f) at Mota Engil
Ensure, with Site Management, the organization, control and monitoring of all the work to be carried out, coordinating the human and material resources assigned to it, guaranteeing the execution of the work in the foreseen manner. Act in accordance with the objectives defined by the site management, control the production of a work or several works, gather data and provide technical advice on planning and production methods, efficient, safe and profitable use of labor, materials and equipment, working methods and consequent supervision.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- 9th school degree or professional/technical degree;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in building construction;
- Solid knowledge of execution in reinforced concrete structures;
- Solid knowledge in Analysis of drawings and projects
- Knowledge of the English language
- Analysis and problem solving;
- Costumer and results orientation;
- Teamwork;
- Mobility availability.
