Ensuring the organisation, control and monitoring of all the work to be carried out, coordinating the human and material resources assigned to it, guaranteeing that the work is carried out in the manner and to the standards laid down, in accordance with the guidelines and in coordination with the foreman and site management, in order to promote the timely completion of activities and contribute to the optimisation of the resources employed.
Job Requirements and Skills Profile
- At least 5 years’ professional experience in construction work;
- Solid knowledge of reading and analysing drawings and projects;
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors;
- Leadership;
- Analysing and solving problems;
- Customer and results orientated;
- Availability for mobility.
